摘  要:压缩传感(CS)是一种新颖的信号采样和重构的方法,它通过利用信号的稀疏性或可压缩性这一先验信息,以低于Nyquist采样率的速率作采样,并通过非线性方法实现信号重构。论文将CS应用到声信号的波达方向(DOA)估计中,得到高分辨的水下目标方位估计方法。首先把DOA估计建模为一个标准的CS问题,然后分别利用基追踪去噪(BPD)算法和迭代硬阈值(IHT)算法进行求解。仿真结果与实验结果均表明了方法的可行性,尤其是在阵元间距大于半波长的情况下,该方法能够在相干源、单快拍数的条件下有效估计目标方位。Compressive sensing(CS)is a novel method of signal sampling and reconstruction.It uses the priori information of signal sparsity or compressibility to sample at a rate lower than the Nyquist sampling rate,then the signal through nonlinear algo⁃rithm is recovered.In this paper,CS is applied to the direction-of-arrival(DOA)estimation of sound signal,and a high-resolution underwater target DOA estimation method is obtained.First,the DOA estimation is modeled as a standard CS problem,and then ba⁃sis pursuit denoising algorithm and iterative hard thresholding algorithm are used to solve the problem.Both simulation results and experimental results show that the feasibility of method that based on CS,especially when the array element spacing is larger than half-wavelength,the method can effectively estimate the target orientation under the condition of coherent sources and single snap⁃shot.
