“外环境”与“链接键”:5G时代非遗短视频传播之思——以彝族非物质文化遗产为例

摘　　要：文化的生存和发展依赖传播,而传播是文化生存与发展的活性机制。5G技术全面打破时空地域限制,其在传播上的大流量、快捷性及影响力拓宽了非遗传承和展示的空间,而短视频作为立体化、多维化的信息载体,对推动非遗的技术传播与创新推广具有重要作用。作为我国非遗的代表之一,彝族非遗在传承和发展上存在的问题具有典型性和普遍性。因此,基于双螺旋结构的基础,对非遗短视频传播的"外环境"和"链接键"进行探讨、思考,总结出适合彝族非遗传播的途径和方向,旨在为我国非遗传承和发展提供助益和启示。The existence and development of culture depends on spreading which is an active mechanism.The 5G technology breaks out the limitation of space and location,its large flow,rapidity,and influence widened the boundary of inheritance and displaying of intangible cultural heritage(ICH),short view as a multi-dimensional information media strongly improved the creative spreading of ICH technology.The ICH of Yi people is a typical case on the problems of inheritance and development of ICH of China.This study based on the duplex,discussed the out-environment and link-button of short video spreading of ICH,summarized the path and direction of ICH of Yi people,which could offer benefit and enlightenment to the inheritance and development of ICH of China.
