摘  要:针对现有玉米秸秆还田机数字化设计中普遍采用刚性建模,无法有效体现传动系统动力学特征的问题,采用刚-柔混合建模原理对改进型中收1JHY-200C型玉米秸秆还田机进行虚拟样机创制,采用SolidWorks和ADAMS创制整机刚体和柔体虚拟样机模型;通过添加运动约束实现了刚-柔混合虚拟样机集成。设计加载程序对玉米秸秆还田机开展传动特性分析。结果表明:秸秆还田机传动系统振动幅值与甩刀轴上的冲击加载幅值相关,与冲击加载位置无关;带轮滑转率与冲击加载点个数线性相关;甩刀轴固有阻尼比导致冲击脉冲的衰减效果与冲击加载位置到甩刀轴动力输入端和自由端的轴向距离线性相关,刚-柔混合建模的虚拟样机模型能够有效体现玉米收获机秸秆还田机灭茬作业中的动态特性。Rigid modeling is widely used in the digital design of existing smashed corn straw machine,which can’t effectively reflect the dynamic characteristics of the transmission system.Create the virtual prototype of the improved 1JHY-200C smashed corn straw machine with the use of rigid-flexible hybrid modeling principle,and create the virtual prototype model of the rigid body and flexible body with the use of SolidWorks and ADAMS.The rigid-flexible virtual prototype integration is realized by adding motion constraints.The transmission characteristics of smashed corn straw machine were analyzed by the design of loading program.The results show that the vibration amplitude of smashed corn straw machine transmission system is related to the loading amplitude of impact but irrelevant to the loading position;The slip rate of pulley has a linear correlation with the number of impact load points;The attenuation effect of impact caused by the natural damping rate of knife shaft has a linear correlation with the distance from the impact loading position to the input end and free end of the knife shaft.The rigid-flexible hybrid virtual prototype can effectively reflect the dynamics characteristics of smashed corn straw machine in operation.
