高血压脑出血微创术后实施针对性护理的意义

摘　　要：目的观察针对性细致护理对高血压脑出血微创手术患者护理满意度的影响及依从性。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月我院医治的高血压脑出血微创手术患者50例,随机分为常规组和试验组,每组分别25例,常规组给予常规护理,试验组给予针对性细致护理,观察两组的满意度和患者治疗的依从性。结果两组的满意度分别为68.00%、96.00%,试验组显著优于常规组(P <0.05),试验组患者治疗的依从性(88.00%)显著优于常规组(56.00%)(P <0.05)。结论采用针对性细致护理可有效的提高护理满意度和患者治疗的依从性。Objective To observe the effect of targeted and meticulous nursing on nursing satisfaction and compliance of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage undergoing minimally invasive surgery.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,50 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by minimally invasive surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group,25 cases in each group.Routine group was given routine care,experimental group was given targeted and meticulous care,and the satisfaction of the two groups and the compliance of patients were observed.Results The satisfaction of the two groups were:the experimental group was significantly better than the conventional group(P<0.05),and the compliance of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted and meticulous nursing can effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing and the compliance of patients with treatment,which is worthy of fur.
