摘　　要：通过百度百科等搜集历届国家最高科学技术奖获得者信息并分析其群体特征,结果显示:国家最高科学技术奖获得者出生成长地几乎都在东部,特别是沿海地区;同时性别差异大,政治面貌以中共党员为主,毕业院校以老牌名校为主,其中医学领域科学家均毕业于985,211高水平大学,约60%有留学经历,留学目的国以美苏为主。从事领域非医学较多,且基本当选为院士;当选院士时平均年龄相对不高,获奖时年龄较大,从事研究领域工作年限较一般工作者长。综上,结合国家最高科学技术奖获得者体现的科学家精神,得出对医学生科学家精神教育启示为以爱国精神引领人,开展新中国史和社会主义发展史学习教育,深化青年对肩负历史使命和医学事业职责担当领悟,使青春理想与祖国同向同行;以奋斗精神激励人,重视实践教育教学,活动育人,劳动育人,用求实奉献攀登科学高峰;以创新精神提升人,注重创新意识,文化和创新人才培养机制顶层设计,用创新驱动事业发展;以理想信念塑造人,加强理想信念和中国特色社会主义制度优势教育,用勇毅品格战胜艰险挫折;科学家精神教育是民族精神和时代精神教育的综合体现,进行科学家精神教育将有力促进民族精神和时代精神教育。Through Baidu,this paper collects the data of the winners of the state science and technology awards and analyzes the common features of them.The results demonstrate that winners of the state science and technology awards almost born and grow up in the east of China,especially in coastal areas,while the different of gender on them is large,the politic countenance of them is CPC members,and also most of them have graduated from famous old institution of higher learning,some of them have studied abord and their destination countries are America and the Soviet Union.What’s more,most of their study areas are not medicine.Most of them have been elected as academician when they were younger in average compared with the age,they win the state science and technology awards.Moreover,it has taken longer time of them to spend on their career than normal workers and 20%of them is involved in the Great Cultural Revolution.Above all,analyzing with the scientist spirit they showed form the data,we can concluded that we should lead medical students with patriotism,develop the history of new China and the history of socialist education towards them and deepen youth’s responsibility for shouldering historical mission and medical career in order to make their ideals fit neatly into national development goals;encourage medical students with striving spirit,focus on practice education,activity education and labor education,which could encourage medical students to climb the scientific peak with devotion and being realistic;promote medical students with innovation spirit,pay attention to innovation consciousness,innovative culture and top-level design of innovative talent training mechanism in aim of driving career development with innovation;shape medical students with ideals and beliefs,through strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs and the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,which can help medical students to overcome difficulties and setbacks with courage and perseverance.Besides,we also
