摘 要:目的初步构建以体验为导向的医学院校来华留学研究生教育质量评价框架,为完善留学生教育质量评价提供参考。方法通过文献研究初步构建主题框架,设计访谈问卷,并采用滚雪球的非概率抽样方式对某医学院校15名来华留学研究生、4名来华留学研究生导师与3名来华留学研究生事务管理教师展开关于教育质量体验评价的调查,运用统计描述与主题框架分析法对所获得资料做出整理归纳,在对原有框架进行修正调整的基础上,形成最终的评价框架。结果形成了体验导向的医学院校来华留学研究生教育质量评价框架,包括4大评价模块(教育教学资源模块、学习学术环境模块、管理服务支持模块、个人文化适应模块)、14个评价维度。结论本研究所构建的体验导向医学院校来华留学研究生教育质量评价框架具有良好的科学性、合理性与创新性,充分地反映了当前来华留学研究生的迫切需求与当前教育中的实际问题,为我国医学院校的留学生教育质量评价提供了有效、可靠的工具框架参考。Objective Preliminarily constructed an experience-oriented framework for the evaluation of the quality of education for postgraduate students in one Chinese medical university,and provided a reference for improving the evaluation of the quality of education for international students.Methods Through literature research,a preliminary thematic framework was constructed,interview questionnaires were designed,and 15 postgraduates studying in China,4 postgraduate mentors and 3 postgraduates administrators in China were managed by a snowballing non-probability sampling method in one medical university,to conduct a survey on the evaluation of educational quality experience,and to use the statistical description and the thematic framework analysis to sort out the obtained data,and finally formed the final evaluation framework on the basis of revising and adjusting the original one.Results An experience-oriented evaluation framework for the quality of postgraduate education in medical universities in China including 4 evaluation modules(education and teaching resources module,learning academic environment module,management service support module and personal cultural adaptation module)and 14 evaluation dimensions have been formed.Conclusion The experience-oriented medical universities’postgraduate education quality evaluation framework constructed by this research is scientific,rational and innovative,and fully reflects the current urgent needs of postgraduates studying in China and the reality of current education problems which provides an effective and reliable framework reference for the quality evaluation of international student education in medical universities.
