摘  要:口腔住院医师规范化培训是培养合格执业医生的综合诊疗能力和岗位胜任力,以独立完成临床工作。牙周病学是口腔临床基础学科,其临床教学质量关乎口腔医学整体教育质量。目前牙周临床教学多以专科疾病为脉络展开讲解,住培医师存在综合病例的序列性诊疗能力不足,沟通协作、创新管理和应变能力欠缺等问题,因此对以往的教学模式进行适当的改良尤为必要。基于CDIO教育理念的CBL模式是以协作小组为中心,病例完成为任务驱动,通过构思设计实施运行,融合技术能力和职业素质训练,培养创新型和实用型人才的带教新模式。本文针对口腔住培医师的特点,就基于CDIO教育理念的CBL模式在牙周临床教学中的应用进行探索和讨论。The standardized training for dental residents is to develop the comprehensive diagnostic ability and therapeutic skills,and post competency of qualified practitioners to perform clinical work independently.Periodontology is a basic clinical discipline of oral science,and the quality of its clinical teaching is related to the overall quality of dental education.Currently periodontal clinical teaching is mainly explained in the context of specialized diseases.Dental residents suffer from such problems as inadequate ability in sequential diagnosis and treatment of comprehensive cases,and lack of communication and collaboration,innovative management and scene strain capacity.Therefore,it is necessary to make appropriate improvements to the previous teaching model.The CBL model based on CDIO education concept is a new teaching mode to cultivate innovative and practical talents.It is centered on collaborative teams,task-driven by case completion,and integrates comprehensive skills and professional quality training through conception-design-implementation-operation.According to the characteristics of the standardized training of dental residents,this study explores and discusses the application form and effects of the CBL teaching model based on CDIO educational concept in periodontal clinical course.
