摘  要:以黑龙江省产玉米秸秆为原料,加工6种不同形态的刨花,将刨花形态和施胶量作为两个密切相关的变量进行综合分析,探究制备综合性能良好的玉米秸秆刨花板的工艺方法。结果表明,以筛分粒度24~30目刨花作为芯层、30~40目刨花作为表层制得的三层刨花板性能最佳,静曲强度为32.50 MPa,弹性模量为3.83 GPa,内结合强度为0.93 MPa,24 h吸水厚度膨胀率为14.21%,符合GB/T 4897—2015《刨花板》中干燥状态下使用的重载型刨花板(P4型)的要求。The corn straws produced in Heilongjiang province were used to prepare particles with six different geometries.The particle geometry and resin content were considered as two closely related variables for the comprehensive analysis to explore the manufacture process of corn straw particleboards aiming to have the excellent comprehensive performance.The experiment results showed with the 24~30#particles as the inner layer,and the 30~40#particle as the outer layers,a good comprehensive performance could be achieved,i.e.,the MOR was up to 32.50 MPa,the MOE was 3.83 GPa,the IB was 0.93 MPa,and the 24 h thickness swelling was 14.21%,which met the requirement of the heavy-duty load bearing particleboard(P4 type)in the national standard of GB/T 4897—2015 Particleboard.
