摘　　要：深受儒家文化浸润和影响的传统医德具有美德伦理的特征,强调德性和义务。新的社会经济文化环境和医疗条件使传统医德的传承与创新面临诸多困境。传承与创新传统医德应立足于挖掘传统医德的文化基因,以社会主义核心价值观为价值引领,与现代医学职业精神交流融通,并与时代特点、社会实践、文化自信相结合,保持传统医德的生命力,实现传统医德的现代转化。The traditional medical ethics deeply influenced by Confucian culture shows the characteristics of virtue and ethics,and emphasizes morality and obligation.The new social,economic and cultural environment and medical conditions make the inheritance and innovation of traditional medical ethics face many difficulties.Inheriting and innovating traditional medical ethics should be based on the excavation of the cultural genes of traditional medical ethics and take the socialist core values as the value guidance,integrate with the modern medical professionalism,maintain the vitality of traditional medical ethics,and realize the modern transformation of traditional medical ethics.
