摘 要:综合运用文献法和问卷调查法对贵州省黔南州初中化学教师职业倦怠现状进行调查研究。结果显示,黔南州初中化学教师在情感枯竭和去个性化两个维度存在中度职业倦怠,在低个人成就感维度存在轻度职业倦怠;同时教师职业倦怠在教师是否当过班主任以及教师婚姻状况方面存在显著差异,但在性别上差异不大。建议完善学校管理制度和提高教师的专业素养,平衡好家庭与事业的关系以帮助教师缓解职业倦怠。By using the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey,the present situation of the job burnout of junior high school chemistry teachers in Qiannan Prefecture of Guizhou Province was investigated.The results show that the teachers have moderate job burnout in emotional exhaustion and deindividuation dimensions,and have mild job burnout in the dimension of the sense of low personal achievement;meanwhile,there are significant differences in teachers’job burnout in whether they have been a head teacher or not and their marital status,and there is no significant difference in gender.It is suggested that we should improve the school management system,improve the professional quality of teachers,and help them to balance the relationship between family and career to alleviate their sense of job burnout.
