摘　　要：高校肩负着为党育人、为国育才的时代重任。学校党建工作的落脚点在于人才培养,高等教育的不断发展要求高校必须提高人才培养的能力,加快人才培养的力度和速度。高校要推进党建与人才培养深度融合,须克服党建工作在人才培养中的思想引领发挥不够、党建工作与人才培养深度融合推进力度不强、党建工作与人才培养深度融合创新形式不足等问题。在充分认识问题原因的基础上,不断筑牢学生理想信念根基、夯实融合发展基础、打造改革创新品牌,提升党建工作质量和人才培养水平。Universities shoulder the important task of educating people for the party and the country.The key to the university’s party building lies in the cultivation of talents.The continuous development of higher education requires universities to improve their ability to train talents and promote the quality and the number of talents.In order to push forward the deep integration of party building and talent training,universities must overcome the problems of insufficient ideological guidance,slow process,and lack of innovative forms.Besides,universities must continuously foster ideals and beliefs of students,consolidate the foundation for integrated development,build a brand of reform and innovation,and improve the quality of party building work and the level of talent training.
