摘  要:传统的巷道注浆采用单孔气动注浆泵,占用人员多,人均效率低,进度慢;老型号电动注浆机存在的问题多,注浆泵设备设计多处不合理,存在安全隐患。为解决这一难题,淮北矿业股份有限公司工程处和注浆泵设备生产厂家联合攻关,改造升级注浆设备,创新网络注浆新工艺。新型电动注浆泵和网络注浆新工艺在袁二矿西翼副暗斜井及西翼上部车场回风联巷施工中试用,效果明显,达到预期目标。The grouting in the traditional mine roadway would require a single hole pneumatic grouting pump,would need many personnel,would have a low average efficiency per person and would have a low construction schedule.There would be many problems existed in the old type electric grouting machine and the equipment design of the grouting pump would have many irrationalities and would have potential safety hazards.In order to solve those difficulties,Engineering Division of Huaibei Mining Corporation Limited was united with the grouting pump equipment manufacturer to solve the difficulties,to reconstruct and upgrade the grouting equipment and to innovate the new technique of the network grouting.The new electric grouting pump and the new network grouting technique were applied to the construction of the west wing auxiliary blind inclined shaft in Yuan’er Mine and the air return connected roadway in west wing upper mine shaft bottom.The results were obvious and the expected target was reached.
