消化内科医师对炎症性肠病患者接种新型冠状病毒肺炎疫苗认知情况及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解消化内科医师对于新冠疫苗了解情况、接种意愿以及对于炎症性肠病(IBD)患者接种新冠疫苗的认知情况,对未来在消化内科医师中进行相关知识普及提供方向。方法从国内消化内科医师中进行方便抽样,应用自行设计的《医疗相关人员流感疫苗及新冠疫苗相关知识了解、态度和接种意愿》问卷进行问卷调查。结果共回收有效问卷156份,有效率98.7%。大部分医师会更加主动了解新冠疫苗相关知识,大部分受访医师表示自己有接种新冠疫苗的意愿并会推荐他人接种新冠疫苗,但对于IBD患者在不同病情活动度、用药情况下能否接种新冠疫苗问题上争议较大,且在不同医师年资、工作单位所在城市疫情严重程度、新冠疫苗接种意愿的受访者之间差异无统计学意义。结论IBD患者感染新冠、接种新冠疫苗安全性及有效性相关研究仍较缺乏,现有的研究成果及专家共识需要及时向全国各地区消化内科医师进行更迅速更有效的信息传递。Objective To evaluate how gastroenterologists know about COVID-19 vaccines,and to better understand their willingness to vaccinate for themselves and inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)patients.Methods We conducted a questionnaire survey for gastroenterologists in China using the convenience sampling method in Jan.2021.Results The questionnaire was answered by 158 gastroenterologists and 156(98.7%)of them were included into analysis.Most of the participants had a positive attitude towards COVID-19 vaccines,with a desire to learn knowledges about COVID-19 vaccines and willingness of getting vaccinated.But had controversy about the conditions IBD patients can accept vaccinotherapy,and the difference in this issue was not related to physician seniority,epidemic severity and their vaccination willingness.Conclusion There is still a lack of research on the safety and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines among patients with IBD,and the dissemination of research findings and expert consensus currently published to the gastroenterologists is necessary.
