摘　　要：腹卒中是一种少见的自发性腹腔内出血疾病,发病机制不详,多以急性腹痛及迅速出现休克为临床特征,非手术治疗死亡率接近100%。本文报道1例表现为十二指肠梗阻的腹卒中患者,无急性失血症状,临床过程相对“缓和”,经保守治疗后预后良好。Abdominal apoplexy is a rare spontaneous intra-abdominal hemorrhage disease with unknown pathogenesis.It is usually characterized by acute abdominal pain and rapid onset of shock,which always needs surgical intervention as nonoperative mortality approaches 100%.Contrary to most previously reported cases,we introduced a patient presenting with duodenal obstruction.No symptoms of acute blood loss were observed and the clinical process was relatively mild.The patient had a good prognosis after conservative treatment.
