摘　　要：在工程安全鉴定的基础上,分析工程设计标准与当前经济社会发展和目前航道条件的适应情况。分析了丰水期、枯水期工程运行存在的安全风险以及通航量变化原因,统计分析了金宝航线沿线船闸通航量,提出保障通航安全和提升过闸能力效率的具体措施。On the basis of engineering safety appraisal,the adaptation of engineering design standards to current economic and social development and present waterway conditions was analyzed.The safety risks existing in the operation of the project during the wet and dry seasons and the reasons for the change of navigation volume were analyzed.The traffic volume of the ship locks along the Jinbao Route was statistically analyzed,and specific measures to ensure navigation safety and improve the efficiency of lockage capability were put forward.
