松香树脂油组分GC-MS分析

摘　　要：采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分别对松香改性反应和酯化反应副产物的树脂油进行分析,所得质谱图直接与该机中的NIST和Wiley7数据库的标准图谱作对照。结果表明,松香改性反应副产物树脂油共分离出36个峰,鉴定出29种化合物;松香酯化反应副产物树脂油共分离出61个峰,鉴定出54种化合物。松香树脂油主要化学成分为甲酯类和烯烃类化合物,还有较少量的萜品醇酮类和烷烃类等化合物。甲酯类的主要化学成分为脱氢枞酸甲酯、枞酸甲酯、异海松酸甲酯和二氢异海松酸甲酯等,色谱含量分别为24.94%、21.03%、8.07%和4.92%;烯烃类的主要化学成分苧烯、长叶烯、异长环烯和莰烯等,色谱含量分别为27.79%、24.23%、14.86%和3.47%;萜品醇酮类的主要化学成分为Z-β-萜品醇、α-松油醇、α-芳樟醇和α-异甲基紫罗兰酮等,色谱含量分别为4.63%、2.55%、0.29%和0.16%;烷烃类的主要化学成分为(E)-2,3-环氧蒈烷、蒈烷和2-甲基-1-亚甲基-3-(1-甲基乙基)-环戊烷等,色谱含量分别为4.29%、1.23%和0.22%。The resin oil of rosin modification reaction and esterification reaction by-products was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The obtained mass spectra were directly compared with the standard spectra of NIST and Wiley 7 databases in the machine.The results showed that 36 peaks were separated and 29 compounds were identified from rosin modification by-product resin oil;61 peaks were separated and 54 compounds were identified from rosin esterification by-product resin oil.The main chemical components of rosin oil are methyl esters and olefins,and a small amount of terpenoids,alcohols,ketones and alkanes.The main chemical components of methyl esters are dehydroabietic acid methyl ester,abietic acid methyl ester,isohissonate methyl ester and dihydroisohissonic acid methyl ester,etc.,the chromatographic content is 24.94%,21.03%,8.07%and 4.92%,respectively;the main chemical components of olefins are ramie,longyene,isolongcyclone and camphene,etc.,the chromatographic content is 27.79%,24.23%,14.86%and 3.47%,respectively;the main chemical components of terpenoids are Z-β-terpenol,α-terpenol,α-terpenol,α-linalool andα-Isomethyl violet ketone,etc.,the chromatographic content is 4.63%,2.55%,0.29%and 0.16%,respectively,the main chemical components of alkanes are(E)-2,3-epoxy carane,carane and 2-methyl-1-methyl-3-(1-methyl ethyl)-cyclopentane,etc.,the chromatographic content is 4.29%,1.23%and 0.22%,respectively.
