“五脏相音”与“导引”理论在晚期肺癌患者临床心理护理的研究

摘　　要：目的:基于《黄帝内经》"五脏相音"与"导引"理论,通过在晚期肺癌患者的临床护理中引入五音疗法联合六字诀呼吸操并探索其疗效,为开展晚期肺癌患者心理治疗提供依据。方法:对124例晚期肺癌住院病人随机分成治疗组63例,对照组61例,治疗组采用五音疗法联合六字诀呼吸操治疗,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组治疗前后肺癌国际生存质量量表(EORTC QLQ-LC43)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)及生命态度剖面图量表(LAP)的评分情况。结果:经治疗后,患者的生存质量各项目的评分、心理弹性总分及各维度评分均有所提高,生命意义感较对照组及治疗前均有所改善,与治疗前评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:五音疗法联合六字诀呼吸操能帮助患者成功走出心理困扰而变得更加自强、乐观与坚韧,改善晚期癌症患者的生活质量,是一种对晚期癌症患者心理治疗有效的方法。Objective:Based on the theory of"five-element music"and"guidance"in Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor,this paper introduces five element music therapy combined with six-character formula breathing exercises in the clinical nursing of patients with advanced lung cancer and explores its curative effect,so as to provide basis for the psychological treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:124 hospitalized patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group(63 cases)and control group(61 cases).The treatment group was treated with pentatonic therapy combined with six-character formula breathing exercises.Routine nursing was used in the control group.The scores of EORTC QLQ-LC43,CD-RISC and LAP before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of quality of life items,total scores of resilience and various dimensions were improved,and the sense of life significance was improved compared with the control group and before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Five element music therapy combined with six-character formula breathing exercises can help patients successfully get out of psychological distress and become more self-reliant,optimistic and resilient,improve the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer,which is an effective method of psychological treatment for patients with advanced cancer.
