摘  要:大丽轮枝菌是农作物上为害最严重的土传病原物之一,对于该病原物引起的病害目前仍缺乏有效的防控手段,而明确其致病机理被认为是开发新型药剂和防治技术的理论基础。综述了大丽轮枝菌的侵染过程、植物细胞壁的降解、微菌核和黑色素的形成等一些重要的生理过程相关的致病基因,并总结了转录调控基因、毒力蛋白基因、效应因子、无毒基因和激发子等多方面致病相关基因的研究结果,最后概述了筛选致病基因和研究基因功能的方法。Verticillium dahliae was one of the most destructive soil-borne pathogens in crop plants.There was no effective method to control the diseases caused by V.dahliae.The studies on its pathogenic mechanism were thought as the theoretical basis to develop new pesticides and control techniques.This article reviewed some pathogenic genes related with some important physiological processes such as the process of infection,the degradation of plant cell walls and the formation of microsclerotia and melanin.The research results of multiple pathogenic genes such as transcriptional regulatory genes,virulence protein genes,effector genes,avirulence genes and elicitors were summarized.The strategies of screening the pathogenic genes and researching the functions of the genes were summarized.
