摘 要:职前幼师教育质量保障在匈牙利幼师教育改革中居于重要位置。作为综合性大学,罗兰大学在匈牙利职前幼师教育质量保障方面实施的新举措很有代表性。罗兰大学采取的措施包括遵循并活用国家课程标准、开展能力倾向确认考试、建立自我导向型实践课程体系。借鉴匈牙利经验,我国职前幼师教育改革和发展应该以保障最低质量为目标完善职前幼师教育课程国家标准,以把住“入口关”为目标建立能力倾向考核制度,以优化教育过程为目标重视教育实践课程。Guaranteeing the quality of pre-service preschool teacher education plays an important role in the reform of preschool teacher education in Hungary.As a comprehensive university,Eötvös Lornd University(ELTE)is representative of the new measures implemented in the quality assurance of pre-service preschool teacher education in Hungary.Measures taken by ELTE include sticking to national curriculum standards whiling applying,carrying out aptitude verification tests,and establishing a self-oriented practical curriculum system.Based on the experience of Hungary,the reform and development of pre-service preschool teacher education in China should aim at ensuring the lowest quality,perfecting the national standard of pre-service preschool teacher education curriculum,establishing the assessment system of ability tendency with the goal of"entrance",and paying attention to the educational practice curriculum with the goal of optimizing the education process.
