摘 要:试验旨在探究大蒜油、辣椒油以及二者混合油对童鸽生长性能、免疫器官指数、血清生化和抗氧化指标的影响。选取35日龄童鸽200只,将其随机分成对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、抗生素组(基础饲粮+硫酸新酶素20 mg/kg)、大蒜油组(基础饲粮+大蒜油2 g/kg)、辣椒油组(基础饲粮+产柏油2 g/kg)、混合油组(基础饲粮+大蒜油1 g/kg+辣椒油1 g/kg),每组10个重复,每个重复2笼4只。预饲期7 d,试验期30 d。结果显示:大蒜油可明显改善料重比(P<0.05),提升各项免疫器官指数,提高血清TP、TCHO、HDL含量,SOD和T-AOC活性(P<0.05),降低UA、TG、MDA含量(P<0.05);辣椒油促采食作用明显,平均提升采食量25%以上,同时提升法氏囊和胸腺指数,提高血清TCHO、HDL、UA、GLU、GSH含量,GSH-Px和T-AOC活性(P<0.05),降低TG含量(P<0.05);1∶1质量比的混合油综合性能接近于辣椒油。结果提示大蒜油和辣椒油对童鸽生长性能、免疫器官发育、营养物质代谢、抗氧化都有积极作用,二者对采食量和蛋白利用的影响各有优劣,使用混合油时可根据生产需要确定混合油比例。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of garlic oil, chili oil and their mixture on growthperformance, immune organ index, serum biochemical and antioxidant indexes of squeaker. Two hundred pigeons aged35 days were randomly divided into control group, antibiotic group, garlic oil group, chilli oil group and mixed oilgroup, with 10 replicates in each group and 2 cages of 4 pigeons in each replicate. In the experimental group, 20 mg/kgof neomycin sulfate and 2 g/kg of 3 test oils were added to the basal diet, respectively. The pre-feeding period was 7 days,and the experimental period was 30 days. The results showed that garlic oil significantly improved the ratio of feed toweight(P<0.05), increased the indexes of various immune organs, increased the contents of TP, TCHO, HDL, SOD andT-AOC(P<0.05), and decreased the contents of UA, TG and MDA(P<0.05). Chili oil had an obvious effect on promotingfeed intake, and the average feed intake was increased by more than 20%. Meanwhile, the bursa and thymus indexwere increased, the contents of serum TCHO, HDL, UA, GLU, GSH, GSH-Px and T-AOC were increased(P<0.05),and TG contents were decreased(P<0.05). The comprehensive performance of the mixed oil was closer to that of chili oilat 1∶1 mass ratio. The results suggested that garlic oil and chili oil had positive effects on growth performance, immuneorgan development, nutrient metabolism and antioxidant, and their effects on feed intake and protein utilization weredifferent. The ratio of mixed oil could be changed according to production needs.
