摘 要:"内高班"项目对发展边疆民族地区教育作用重大,但长期以来学界对内高班大学生的学业发展关注不足。调查表明,内高班大学生的学业发展既与地域、家庭等先赋性因素的影响有关,又与学业难度提升程度与学业要求倒挂、自我规划管理能力与学习状态的协调偏差以及人际交往"内倾化"等获致性因素息息相关。高校应进一步平衡内高班大学生与其他类别学生的学业要求,加强生涯规划指导,充分重视族群间文化融合,为提升其学业质量和水平奠定良好基础。The project of inner-high class plays an important role in the development of education in the ethnic areas of the border areas,but the academic circles have not paid enough attention to the academic development of the students in the frontier areas for a long time.The investigation shows that the academic development of the senior middle school students is related to the influence of the local and family factors,and the degree of academic difficulty improvement and the academic requirements,the coordination deviation between self-planning management ability and learning status,and the“internalization”of interpersonal communication.Colleges and universities should further balance the academic requirements of the senior class students and other types of students,strengthen career planning guidance,pay full attention to the cultural integration among ethnic groups,and lay a good foundation for improving their academic quality and level.
