慕萨莱思葡萄酒对急性血瘀SD大鼠模型血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的研究慕萨莱思葡萄酒对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法将56只SD大鼠随机分为7组,除空白组外,采用皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素附加冰水浴造成大鼠急性血瘀模型,给予不同剂量的慕萨莱思,观察用药后SD大鼠的血液流变学指标。结果与正常对照组比较,急性血瘀模型大鼠的全血黏度,血浆黏度均明显升高(P<0.05);慕萨莱思可以显著的降低急性血瘀大鼠的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数等指标,酒精没有改善急性血瘀大鼠血液流变性的功能。结论慕萨莱思能有效改善急性血瘀大鼠血液流变性。Objective The effect of Musalles wine on hemorheological abnormality was evaluated in the rats with acute blood stasis.Methods Fifty six SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups,except the normal group,the model of acute blood stasis in SD rats was made by subcutaneouslu injecting amount of epinephrine and ice water simulation,in which the changes of hemorheologic indexes were observed after giving different doses of Musalles.Results The viscosity of whole blood(BV)and plasma(PV)in the rats of acute blood stasis model were significantly higher than those in the normal group(P<0.05).Musalles reduced the viscosity of whole blood and plasm,erythrocyte aggregation,the hematocrit,deformed index and so on.Alcohol does not improve blood rheology in acute blood stasis rats.Conclusion Musalles can improve the hemorheological abnormality in rats with acute blood stasis.
