资源三号卫星影像在复杂艰险山区铁路制图中的应用

摘　　要：为解决我国西南地区复杂艰险山区铁路摄影资料缺乏等问题,利用收集的多景资源三号卫星影像,通过研究其RPC参数,提出一种影像预处理及空三加密方法,通过降位、灰度拉伸以及RPC参数旋转实现影像预处理,在无像控条件下,利用卫星影像RPC参数进行自由网平差,以及下载SRTM1-ARC Second 30 m格网间距的DEM数据作高程纠正,完成全色影像纠正、彩色影像配准及全色和彩色影像融合等研究工作。研究表明:通过在每景影像布设5个控制点(四角各布设1个,中间再布设1个)点的技术方案,可完成1∶10000地形图制作,并用外业检查点进行精度检查,其平面精度优于2.5 m,高程精度优于2 m,其结果基本满足《铁路工程摄影测量规范》中高山地1∶10000地形图精度要求。In order to solve the problem of the lack of photographic data in the southwest area,this paper uses the collected multi-view resource No.3 satellite imagery to study the RPC parameters of the resource No.3 satellite image,and proposes the image preprocessing and air three encryption method.Image preprocessing is achieved by position,gray scale stretching and RPC parameter rotation.Under the condition of no image control,it is proposed to use satellite image RPC parameters to participate in free network adjustment and download DEM data with SRTM1-ARC Second 30 m grid spacing as elevation Correction,completed full-color image correction,color image registration,and full-color and color image fusion research work,and quickly completed the production of digital color orthophoto maps,so as to facilitate the field industry to carry out the thorn point and adjustment work in time,and improve To improve production efficiency;through the technical solution of arranging 5 control points in each scene image,1 at each of the 4 corners,and 1 point in the middle,the production of 1∶10000 topographic map was completed,and field inspection points were used for accuracy inspection.The plane accuracy is better than 2.5 m,and the elevation accuracy is better than 2 m.The result basically meets the accuracy requirements of 1∶10000 topographic maps of high mountains in the“Specifications for Railway Engineering Photogrammetry”.It was verified by production project practice that it is feasible to use this method to measure 1∶10000 topographic maps in complex and dangerous mountain areas.
