未来时间洞察力与预期后悔对女大学生职业决策过程的影响

摘　　要：本研究旨在探讨未来时间洞察力(FTP)和预期后悔对女大学生职业决策过程的影响。基于“全部结果反馈法”启动预期后悔的方式,采用2(FTP:高、低)×2(AR:启动、不启动)×2(选项:4、8)三因素混合实验设计。结果表明:(1)不同FTP女大学生的职业决策过程存在显著差异;(2)预期后悔对职业决策过程有显著影响;(3)FTP与预期后悔对职业决策过程的影响存在交互作用。结论:高FTP个体在职业决策过程中更为谨慎,决策满意度更高;在启动预期后悔情绪下,女大学生的职业决策过程表现出更为果断的选择过程,高FTP者会对自己的职业决策满意度不高。The main purpose of this study was to reveal the effects of future time perspective(FTP)and anticipated regret(AR)on career decision-making process of female college students.According to the ways of feedback start participants AR priming,we conducted 2(high future time perspective,low future time perspective)×2(expected regret does not start,start the anticipated regret)×2(4 options,8 options)three factor mixed experimental design,the future time perspective between subjects design,anticipated regret and number of options as within subjects design.The results showed that:(1)There were significant differences between high and low FTP students on career decision-making process.(2)AR had significant effects on career decision process.(3)There was interaction between FTP and expected regret on the career decision-making process of female college students.Conclusion:High FTP individuals to be more cautious and decision satisfied during decision process.Under the expected regret emotion,the career decision-making process of female college students show a more decisive selection process,and those with high FTP will be less satisfied with their career decision-making.
