摘  要:节流孔板在风道性能实验中尤为重要。利用风道性能试验,可以对散热风扇性能进行分析。传统的风道性能试验采用标准孔板调节流量。标准孔板对直管道有要求且压力损失较大。基于此,总结多孔节流板函数孔的计算公式,并利用CFD仿真对函数孔的尺寸、排布方式以及倒角进行较为全面的分析和比较,得到了节流效果最好、永久压力损失最小的函数孔结构。最后,利用该方法加工不同等效直径比的节流板,并进行了实验验证。The throttling orifice is particularly important in the air duct performance experiment.The air duct performance test can be used to analyze the performance of the cooling fan.The traditional air duct performance test uses a standard orifice plate to adjust the flow.The standard orifice plate has requirements for straight pipes and the pressure loss is relatively large.Based on this,the calculation formula for the function holes of the porous throttle plate is summarized,and the size,arrangement and chamfering of the function holes are analyzed and compared with CFD simulation.The best throttle effect and permanent pressure loss are obtained.The smallest function hole structure.This method is used to process throttle plates with different equivalent diameter ratios,and the experiment is verified.
