摘　　要：全面推进课程思政建设,将立德树人根本任务贯穿于教育教学全过程,是当前高校进行专业课程教学改革的重中之重。本文以仪器分析课程为例,基于育人和育才相统一、理论性和政治性相统一以及隐性教育和显性教育相统一的教育原则,充分探索和挖掘本课程的思政内涵和实现路径,大力推动高等教育体系由知识传授向价值塑造和能力培育转化。Promoting the construction of ideological and political education in an all-round way and carrying out the basic task of moral education through the whole process of education and teaching are the most important tasks in the reform of professional courses in colleges and universities.Taking the course of Instrumental Analysis as an example,based on the educational principles of the unification of education and talent education,the unification of theory and politics,and the unification of recessive education and dominant education,the ideological and political connotation of this course and its realization path should be fully explored,and the transformation of higher education system from knowledge imparting to value shaping and ability cultivation was vigorously promoted.
