摘 要:为了适应4~7.2 m大范围煤层厚度开采的需求,采用了调高油缸下置式结构。采用轻量化技术对采煤机摇臂和滚筒进行减重设计,调高油缸尺寸与工作压力满足设计要求,并采用有限元分析法校核了调高油缸的强度。通过工业性试验证明,该采煤机适应煤层厚度范围大,工作性能可靠。In order to meet the needs of 4 ~7.2 m coal seam thickness mining in a large range, the underlying structure of adjustment height oil cylinder was adopted. Lightweight technology was used to reduce the weight of rocker arm and drum of the shearer. The size and working pressure of the adjustment height oil cylinder were needed to meet the design requirements, and the strength of adjustment height oil cylinder was checked by finite element analysis. Through the industrial tests, it is proves that the shearer is suitable for large rang in coal seam thickness and has reliable working performance.
