摘　　要：目的:探讨田间种植的软化型菊苣植株的适宜采收时间。方法:采用自选的菊苣种子,于2019年9月9日播种,20 d后移栽,分别于2019年12月16日、2020年1月2日、1月19日和2月19日采收田间生长的植株,考察形态指标;取肉质根,在4~6℃冷藏20 d后进行软化,对所形成的芽球进行考察。结果:适当延迟采收时间,可使菊苣肉质根增粗增重,其软化形成的芽球产量增加,芽球转化率提高,软化天数减少;在不同批次中,芽球产量与根重量均有极显著正相关,而芽球转化率与植株的叶片数、叶片长度、根直径、根重量均不具有显著正相关。结论:南京地区菊苣的适宜采收时间为1月20日至2月20日。Objective:To explore the suitable harvest time of chicory(Cichorium lntybus L.)planted in field.Method:Self-provided chicory seeds were sown on 9 September,2019,seedling were transplanted after 20 days.Plants were harvested on 16 December,2019,2 January,19 January and 19 February 2020,respectively.After investigating morphological indexes,roots were stored at 4-6℃for 20 days and then cultured under dark condition until bud balls developed.Bud balls were collected and measured.Data were analyzed with“Graphpad prism version 6.01”.Results:With harvest time properly delayed,diameter and weight of roots increased,bud yield and“ratio of bud to root”increased too,and days for blanching culture decreased.Very significant positive correlation was found between bud yield and root weight within all batches of plant,but there were no significant positive correlations between“ratio of bud to root”and leaf number or leaf length or root diameter or root weight.Conclution:Suitable harvest time for chicory plants was from 20 January to 20 February in Nanjing.
