陶汉华“建中理劳”学术思想理论探析

摘　　要："建中理劳"理论是陶汉华教授在《内经》虚劳理论的基础上,结合仲景及后世医家证治经验,提出虚劳病的治疗指导思想。这一理论贯彻传统中医学对于虚劳疾病的认知,遵循《金匮要略》治疗虚劳病"建中气、调阴阳"的核心思想,脾胃分析而论,重视脾脏与其他脏腑联系,丰富了虚劳病的治疗。文章结合文献资料,阐述"建中理劳"学术思想,明晰陶汉华教授"建中理劳"思想形成的源流沿革,论述"建中理劳"理论内涵;以建中理劳汤为例,探究基于"建中理劳"理论指导下的立法组方思路;通过举例医案的形式,为虚劳病的诊疗提供了理法方药完备的思路,介绍基于中医学原创思维指导下的诊疗模式。The theory of"Jianzhong Lilao"(strengthening spleen and stomach treatment of deficiency disease) is the guiding treatment put forward by professor TAO Hanhua on the basis of the theory of consumptive disease in Neijing,combined with the experience of ZHANG Zhongjing and later medical doctors.This theory carries out the traditional Chinese medicine’s cognition of consumptive disease,follows Synopsis of Golden Chamber’s core idea of"building Qi and regulating Yin and Yang"in the treatment of consumptive disease,and emphasizes the connection between spleen and other Zang-Fu organs,which enriches the treatment of the disease.Combining with the literature,this paper expounded the academic thought of "Jianzhong Lilao"(strengthening spleen and stomach treatment of deficiency disease),clarified the origin and evolution of professor TAO Hanhua’s thought of"Jianzhong Lilao"(strengthening spleen and stomach treatment of deficiency disease),and discussed the connotation of the theory.Taking"Jianzhong Lilao"(strengthening spleen and stomach treatment of deficiency disease) prescriptions as an example,this paper explored the legislative approach based on the theory of"Jianzhong Lilao"(strengthening spleen and stomach treatment of deficiency disease).By taking the form of medical cases,this paper provided a complete idea of theory,method and medicine for the diagnosis and treatment of virtual fatigue disease,and introduced the diagnosis and treatment mode based on the original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.
