摘 要:CCAR-33R2对发动机控制系统提出了“单点故障”要求。为了给中国民用航空局在适航审定中提供一定的技术支持,研究了传感器失效对航空发动机控制系统的影响,以全面掌握传感器失效对控制系统的影响状况。利用MATLAB/Simulink平台建立转速控制系统,将以电流形式表征的各传感器故障分别注入转速控制系统,观测风扇转速响应、燃料流量输出、偏差信号、传感器输出信号在各故障下的变化趋势,分析各失效模式对转速控制系统的影响。仿真结果表明:控制系统实质上是对偏差进行控制;传感器各失效模式对转速控制系统造成的影响各异,其中开路故障对控制系统造成的影响最大,冲击故障造成的影响最小。CCAR-33R2puts forward a"single point of failure"requirement for the engine control system.In order to provide certain technical support for the Civil Aviation Administration of China in the airworthiness certification,the influence of sensor failure on the aero engine control system was studied to fully grasp the influence of sensor failure on the control system.Use the MATLAB/Simulink platform to establish the speed control system.Each sensor fault represented in the form of current is injected into the speed control system respectively,and the change trend of the fan speed response,fuel flow output,deviation signal,and sensor output signal under each fault is observed.Analyze the influence of each failure mode on the speed control system.The simulation results show that the control system is essentially to control deviations;each failure mode of the sensor has different effects on the speed control system,among which open-circuit faults have the greatest impact on the system,and impact faults have the least impact.
