摘 要:回转支承是游乐设施的关键零部件,主要起回转、连接和承载作用,其回转支承选型不仅影响游乐设施的整机运行性能,而且关系到乘客的生命安全。分析了回转支承的载荷类型,给出了回转支承校核计算公式和参数的确定方法,并以自控飞机为例,在满载和偏载工况下,对回转支承承载能力进行校核计算。计算结果表明:回转支承和螺栓满足设计要求,可为旋转类游乐设施回转支承的选型计算提供依据和理论指导。Slewing bearing plays the role of rotation,connection and bearing,and is the key part of amusement facilities.Its selection not only affects the overall operation performance of amusement facilities,but also concerns the safety of passengers.In this paper,the load types of slewing bearing are analyzed,and the methods of checking calculation and determining parameters are given.Taking Astro fighter as an example,the bearing capacity of slewing bearing is checked and calculated under full load and partial load conditions.The calculation results show that the slewing bearing and bolt meet the design requirements,which provides basis and theoretical guidance for the selection calculation of slewing bearing for rotating amusement devices.
