摘　　要：网络药理学(Network pharmacology)是以系统生物学为理论基础,融合药理学、信息网络学和计算机科学的一门综合学科。近年来,网络药理学与中医药研究相结合,从整体、协同、动态水平上探讨中医方证关系,与中医学"整体观"和"辨证施治"相融合,为科学阐释中医的理、法、方、药提供了新思路和新方法。以中国知网数据库中网络药理学与中医药研究相结合的文献为对象,科学运用文献计量学的方法,对网络药理学应用于中医药研究的相关论文进行统计分析,具体分析了文献的发表年度及发文量、关键词及共现关系、主题、作者、机构、基金资助六个方面的情况,从而使研究人员能够准确、清晰、及时地把握中医药领域运用网络药理学的研究现状和方向,并为研究者提供有益的参考和借鉴,为该领域后续的研究工作提供坚实的文献学研究基础。Network pharmacology is a comprehensive subject based on system biology,which integrates pharmacology,information network science and computer science.In recent years,combining with TCM research,the network pharmacology explores the relationship between TCM prescriptions and syndromes from the overall,synergistic and dynamic levels.By integrating with TCM,the network pharmacology provides new ideas and methods for scientific interpretation of the principles,methods,formulae and drugs of TCM.This paper took the literature on the combination of network pharmacology and TCM research in CNKI journal full text database as the objects.By using bibliometric method,the relevant papers on the application of network pharmacology to TCM research were analyzed.The publication year and the amount of papers,key words and its co-occurrence relation,theme,author,institution and fund support of the literature were analyzed concretely.In this way,researchers can accurately,clearly and timely grasp the current research situation and direction of network pharmacology in the field of TCM,and it provided useful reference for researchers as well as a solid basis for the follow-up research in this field.
