摘  要:目的研究大黄不同炮制品降血脂作用,为中药大黄降血脂机理研究提供实验科学依据。方法取健康(SD)雄性大鼠110只,10只作为空白对照组给予基础饲料和饮用纯水,其余100只大鼠采用高脂饲料喂养4周构建高血脂大鼠模型后,随机分为模型组、大黄不同炮制品剂量组(800 mg·kg^(-1))和阳性对照组(辛伐他丁0.4 mg·mL^(-1));各组大鼠连续口服灌胃相应药物(空白对照组和模型组灌胃生理盐水),4周后大鼠腹主动脉取血,检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌配(CRE)、球蛋白(GLB)等指标。结果与空白对照组大鼠比较,模型组大鼠TC、TG和LDL-C增高,HDL-C降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);大黄不同炮制品组大鼠分别与模型组大鼠相比,TC、TG和LDL-C均有不同程度的降低,大鼠血清的HDL-C含量无统计学意义;模型组大鼠与空白对照组大鼠相比,ALT、AST和TP增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);与模型组比较,空白对照组、阳性对照组、生大黄组、熟大黄组、酒大黄组、醋大黄组、九蒸九晒大黄和大黄炭组大鼠血清的ALT、AST和TP降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);与空白对照组大鼠相比,阳性对照组和大黄炭组大鼠血清的ALT、AST和TP增高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与空白对照组大鼠相比,模型组、阳性对照组、生大黄组、熟大黄组、酒大黄组、醋大黄组、九蒸九晒大黄组大鼠血清的TC和TG显著升高(P<0.01或0.05),降低大鼠血清的LDL-C含量(P<0.01或0.05)。大黄炭组显著降低大鼠血清的TC含量(P<0.05),而TG含量降低无统计学意义;大黄不同炮制品大鼠血清的HDL-C含量比较无统计学意义。各组大鼠间血清ALB、BUN、CRE及GLB差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大黄不同�Objective To study the hypolipidemic effect of different processed products of Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)and provide experimental scientific basis for the research on the mechanism of hypolipidemic effect of Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma).Methods A total of 110 healthy SD male rats were selected,10 of them were given basic feed and pure water as the blank control group,and the remaining 100 rats were fed with high-fat diet for 4 weeks to construct a hyperlipidemia rat model and randomly divided into model group,Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)different processed product dosage group(800 mg·kg^(-1))and positive control group(simvastatin 0.4 mg·mL^(-1)).Rats in each group were continuously orally administered with corresponding drugs(blank control group and model group were given saline by gavage).The blood was taken out from the abdominal aorta of rats 4 weeks later,and serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),urea nitrogen(BUN),blood muscle matching(CRE),globulin(GLB)and other indicators were detected.Results Compared with rats in the blank control group,levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the model group increased,and the level of HDL-C decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Rats in different processed groups of Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)were compared with rats in the model group.In comparison,levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were reduced to varying degrees,and the level of HDL-C in rat serum was not statistically significant.Compared with those in the control group,levels of ALT,AST and TP increased in the model group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the blank control group,the positive control group,the raw Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)group,the different processed Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)group,the wine-processed Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)group,the vinegar-pro
