新世纪我国卫生事业管理研究热点和前沿演化分析——基于《中国卫生事业管理》的主题分析

摘　　要：目的分析进入21世纪以来我国卫生事业管理研究热点和前沿演化。方法在收集2000年以来《中国卫生事业管理》发表文献的基础上,综合运用统计分析、词云图和复杂网络工具对文献关键词进行分析。结果 2000年以来共出版学术论文7112篇,每年发文量整体呈减少趋势,文献平均页数呈增长趋势;共涉及10163个关键词,频次大于30次共111个;高频主题词生成111个结点,1961条边的关键词网络,分成5个研究社团;依据2000-2004年、2005-2009年、2010-2014年和2015-2019年四个阶段出现的前20个高频关键词分析学科前沿演化。结论近20年我国卫生事业管理的研究热点为医疗服务、医疗保障、绩效管理和医学教育、健康管理服务影响要素,以及医患关系和医德医风五个方向;卫生事业管理的研究转向以患者为中心,更多关注老年人和乡村医生相关主题。Objective To analyze the hotspots and frontier evolution of health service management researches in China since 2000.Methods Based on the literature published in Chinese Health Service Management since 2000,the keywords were analyzed by statistical analysis,word cloud chart and complex network tools.Results Since 2000,a total of 7112 academic papers have been published.The total number of papers published is decreasing year by year,and the average number of pages is increasing year by year.10163 keywords were involved,in which the keywords with frequency of more than 30 times was 111.A keyword network with 111 nodes and 1961 edges was generated by high-frequency keywords,which was divided into five research communities.The top 20 high-frequency keywords were obtained.Conclusion In recent 20 years,the research of health service management in China focused on medical service,medical security,performance management and medical education,influencing factors of health management service,doctor-patient relationship and medical ethics.The new research on health service management turned to focus on patients,and pay more attention to the elderly and rural doctors.
