摘  要:为提高一款发动机用两级串联油气旋流分离器的分离性能,文章采用数值模拟和正交试验方法研究了串联组中两级分离筒入口面积、圆柱段直径、圆柱段长度、溢流管直径以及溢流管插入深度对分离性能的影响,并通过极差分析的方法研究了上述主要结构参数对压降和分离效率指标影响的权重顺序,得到了兼顾两项指标的最优结构组合。通过对流场及分离机理的分析表明,优化后的方案削减了旋流气体在溢流管处因摩擦引起的能耗,使压力损失降低,同时准自由涡区切向速度分布促使油滴容易聚结,使分离效率提高,并通过实验进一步验证了最优结构能够显著提高旋流分离器油气分离性能。To improve oil-gas separation performance of a two-stage series cyclone separator in engine system,the influence of the main structure parameters of double cyclones in series group including inlet area,length and diameter of columnar part,diameter and insertion depth of overflow pipe on separation characteristics is studied by using the numerical simulation and orthogonal experiment method,the range analysis method is applied to investigate the weight order of the effect of main structure parameters on pressure drop and separation efficiency,and then the structure optimization is concluded for the multiple test indexes.The analysis of the flow field result and separation principle indicates that the energy consumption induced by friction of gas and overflow pipe is reduced due to the application of the structure optimization which decreased the pressure drop of the cyclone separator.And the result shows that the tangential velocity distribution of quasi-free vortex encourages oil drop to get together and improves separation efficiency.Through the experiment,it is further verified that the optimized structure could improve the performance of oil-gas separation significantly.
