摘  要:现阶段半挂铰接列车动力性能不足,导致山区高速公路设计指标与车辆行驶性能存在协同水平低的问题。文章以东风天龙半挂铰接列车为研究对象,开展了自然驾驶实车连续行驶试验,根据车辆运行状态参数及道路纵面高程变化,剖析了纵坡路段下车辆连续速度、平衡车速以及短下坡-上坡衔接路段速度变化特征,并以20 km·h^(-1)作为速度折减量,获取了适用于半挂铰接列车的临界坡长指标。试验结果表明:相比于相关公路路线设计规范中的代表车型,半挂铰接列车平衡车速下降了25%~35%,临界坡长降低了44%~58%;在短下坡-上坡山区高速路段,车辆车速主要分布在80~90 km/h区间,呈现区间控制状态。该研究可为山区高速公路纵断面设计、车路仿真及车速管控提供基础数据,进而提高半挂铰接列车行车安全。The deficiency in dynamic performance of the semi-trailer articulated truck at present results in the low level of coordination between the design index and vehicle driving performance of the mountain expressway.Taking Dongfeng Tianlong semi-trailer articulated truck as the research object,the actual vehicle continuous driving test under the natural driving state was carried out.According to the parameters of vehicle operation state and the vertical elevation change of the road,the characteristics of vehicle continuous speed,balanced speed and speed change in the link section of short downhill and uphill were analyzed,and 20 km·h^(-1) was used as the speed reduction to obtain the critical slope length index suitable for semi-trailed articulated truck.The test results show that compared with the representative models in the relevant design specification for highway alignment,the balanced speed of the semi-trailer articulated truck decreases by 25%to 35%,and the critical slope length decreases by 44%to 58%.On the short downhill-uphill mountain highway section,the vehicle speed is mainly distributed in the 8090 km/h section,showing the section control state.The research results can provide basic data for the design of mountain expressway profile,vehicle simulation and speed control,in order to improve the traffic safety of semi-trailer articulated truck.
