摘　　要：目的:检索和获取预防及管理住院病人肠内营养(EN)支持相关并发症的最佳证据,为EN相关并发症的临床管理提供循证基础。方法:利用计算机检索国内外指南网站和数据库,搜集有关EN相关并发症预防及管理的文献,包括推荐实践、指南、系统评价、专家共识及证据总结,对纳入文章进行质量评价及证据评价。结果:共纳入25篇文献,包括5篇指南、14篇系统综述、2篇专家共识和4篇证据总结。在质量评价、证据提取及评估后,从胃肠道并发症,机械性并发症,代谢并发症,感染并发症四个方面总结了现有的最佳证据。结论:本研究总结了预防及管理EN相关并发症的最佳证据,为临床EN相关并发症的管理及护理质量标准提供了循证依据。Objective:To search and obtain the best evidence for prevention and management of complications related to enteral nutrition for inpatients,and to provide evidence for clinical management.Methods:We searched databases and guideline websites to collect the literature on prevention and management of complications related to enteral nutrition,including recommended practices,guidelines,systematic review,expert consensus,and summary of evidence.literature The quality of included literatures was evaluated and the evidence was graded.Results:A total of 25 documents were included,including 5 guidelines,14 systematic reviews,2 expert consensus,and 4 evidence summaries.After quality evaluation,evidence extraction and evaluation,the best evidence was summarized based on following topics:gastrointestinal complications,mechanical complications,metabolic complications,and infectious complications.Conclusion:This study summarizes the best evidence for prevention and management of complications related to enteral nutrition,and provides evidence-based recommendations for the management of complications related to enteral nutrition and nursing quality.
