摘 要:针对不同屈服强度的高强钢,提出了不充分变形的小压弯量3道次矫直方案,并采用ADINA有限元软件模拟矫直过程,研究屈服强度对高强钢长度方向应力、最大矫直力和宽度方向不平度的影响。最后在生产线上验证了最大矫直力和宽度方向的不平度。结果显示,板材变形主要集中于长度方向;随着矫直道次的增加、高强钢塑性变形的累积,高强钢长度方向的应力逐渐下降。当屈服强度≤950 MPa时,在前两个矫直道次中,已经累积充分的弹塑性变形,最大矫直力的模拟值略低于实测值;钢板不平度≤3.0 mm/2 m,满足GB/T709-2006标准的要求。当屈服强度为1150 MPa时,3道次矫直过程钢板仍不能累积充分的塑性变形,最大矫直力的模拟值明显高于实测值;钢板不平度为16 mm/2m,不满足GB/T 709-2006的要求。Aiming at high strength steel with different yield strength,three-pass straightening scheme with small bending and insufficient deformation was proposed.The straightening process was simulated by ADINA finite element software,and the effect of yield strength on the length direction stress,maximum straightening force and width direction unevenness of high strength steel was studied.Finally,the maximum straightening force and unevenness in width direction were verified on the production line.The results show that the deformation of the plate is mainly concentrated in the direction of length;with the increase of straightening pass and the accumulation of plastic deformation of high strength steel,the stress in the length direction of high strength steel decreases gradually.When the yield strength is≤950 MPa,the sufficient elastic-plastic deformation is accumulated in the first two straightening passes,and the simulated value of the maximum straightening force is slightly lower than the measured value;the unevenness of the steel plate is≤3.0 mm/2 m,which meets the requirements of the GB/T 709-2006 standard.When the yield strength is 1150 MPa,the steel plate cannot accumulate sufficient plastic deformation during the three-pass straightening process,and the simulated value of the maximum straightening force is significantly higher than the measured value;the unevenness of the steel plate is 16 mm/2 m,which does not meet the requirements of GB/T 709-2006.
