摘　　要：社区治理是国家治理现代化的基础。推进社区治理现代化的前提在于理解其治理结构的内涵意蕴及功能价值。基于结构—功能视角分析治理结构下的结构治理,有助于探求社区治理背后的主体关系、方法技术和目标追求。研究发现,X区社区治理结构与结构治理的强统筹—强精准运作机制,驱动政府按照融合型组织重塑、多样化方式推进、类型化资源配置和激励型评议鞭策等进行策略回应,有效推动社区治理。但空间存量容易造成界线模糊、形式主义和宽泛治理等问题,需要进一步明晰与界定。加强社区治理结构与结构治理整体架构与组成要素研究,有助于丰富基层治理图景、重塑整体性治理思维。Community governance is the foundation of national governance modernization.The premise of promoting the modernization of community governance is to understand the connotation and functional value of its governance structure.The analysis of structural governance under the governance structure from the perspective of structure-function is helpful for exploring the subject relationship,methods and goals behind community governance.It is found that the operation mechanism with strong co-ordination and strong precision of community governance structure and structural governance in area X drives the government to respond in accordance with the strategy of reshaping integrated organizations,promoting in diversified ways,allocating typed resources and incentive review,so as to effectively promote community governance.However,the inventory space is easy to cause problems such as fuzzy boundaries,the practice of formalities for formalities’sake and broad governance,which need to be further clarified and defined.Strengthening the research on the community governance structure and the overall structure and components of structural governance is helpful to enrich the community-level governance profile and reshape the holistic governance thinking.
