摘  要:文章首先构建了环境污染水平与转型程度体系,分析2005-2017年能源资源型城市环境水平与转型程度的演变特征,然后采用面板分位数模型分析转型程度等主要因素对环境水平的影响。同时,采用象限图耦合分析不同时段的东北三省能源资源型城市产业转型程度与环境污染水平之间的关系。结果表明:(1)城市环境污染水平整体呈现先降低,后增长,最后降低的趋势,空间上,大庆与抚顺环境污染水平一直较高,辽源与七台河市的环境污染水平相对较低。(2)产业转型程度在高分位时,产业转型程度的提高会造成环境污染水平的提高,影响系数为0.31,而在低分位时,产业转型程度的提高会导致环境污染水平的降低,影响系数为-0.18。(3)经耦合-协调分析表明:在2006-2017年,能源资源型城市处于失调状态,其中抚顺、辽源、鸡西与大庆属于环境与产业转型同增失调型关系,而其他能源资源型城市大多属于环境增-转型减的失调型关系;在2014-2017年,城市转型程度与环境污染水平处于相对协调状态,且多数属于环境-转型增的协调型关系。The systems of environmental pollution levels and transformation degrees were firstly built,and the evolution characteristics of energy-based cities’environmental levels and transformation degrees from 2005 to 2017 were analyzed,and then panel quantile model was used to analyze the impact of transformation degree on environmental level.At the same time,the quadrant graph coupling was to clarify the coordination status of the transformation degree and environmental pollution level of energy-based cities in northeast China in different periods.The results show that the environmental pollution level generally present a trend of first decreasing,then increasing,and finally decreasing.In the space domain,Daqing and Fushun have always been in the area with relatively high environmental pollution level,while Liaoyuan and Qitaihe have been in relatively low levels of environmental pollution.When the degree of transformation is in the low quintile,the increase in the degree of transformation can inhibit the growth of environmental pollution,and the influence coefficient is-0.18,while at the high quintile,the increase in the degree of transformation promotes the growth of environmental pollution,and the influence coefficient is 0.31.The degree of coupling coordination shows that the cities were in imbalance status in 2006-2017,Environment pollution and transformation has increased in Fushun,Liaoyuan,Jixi,and Daqing.In other cities,environment pollution has increased meanwhile,transformation decreased.The cities were mainly in harmonious development status in 2014-2017,and also the most cities were in environment pollution decrease and transformation increase.
