摘　　要：目的编制肿瘤科护士共享决策知识、态度和行为的调查问卷,并检验其信效度。方法以知信行理论为指导,通过文献回顾、质性访谈、两轮德尔菲法专家函询确定问卷条目,调查河南省郑州市4所三级综合医院257名肿瘤科护士分析信效度以确定问卷条目。结果最终形成共24个条目的问卷,其中知识维度11个条目,态度维度6个条目,行为维度7个条目;问卷探索性因子分析共产生3个因子,累计方差贡献率为57.657%,各条目的内容效度(I-CVI)在0.857~1.000之间,问卷平均内容效度(S-CVI)为0.929,问卷Cronbach’s α系数为0.941,重测信度为0.894。结论编制的问卷具有良好信效度,可作为评价肿瘤科护士共享决策知信行现状的研究工具。Objective To compile a questionnaire on shared decision making for oncology nurses’knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP),and to test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the KAP model,a draft of the scale was developed through literature review,in-depth interviews and two-round of expert consultation using the Delphi process.Totally 257 oncology nurses from 4 tertiary general hospitals in Zhengzhou,Henan province were surveyed for testing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire to determine the questionnaire items.Results The final questionnaire consisted of 24 items and 3 dimensions.Knowledge dimension with 11 items,attitude dimension with 6 items,and practice dimension with 7 items.Three factors were generated by exploratory factor analysis,and the contribution rate of cumulative variance was 57.657%.The item level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.857 to 1.000,the scale validity index(S-CVI)of was 0.929.The overall Cronbach’s α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.941,the overall retest reliability was 0.894.Conclusion The questionnaire has good reliability and validity,which can be used to evaluate the level of oncology nurses’knowledge-attitude-practice.
