摘 要:以某矿8503综放工作面为研究对象,对该采面综放设备、智能化开采技术等进行详细探讨。通过采煤机记忆截割、综放支架自动放煤可实现厚煤层的智能化开采,液压支架根机运行可实现综放设备开采的协同控制,使用煤壁片帮防治技术以及支架姿态控制可提高采面围岩控制能力。8503综放工作采用智能化开采技术后,现场作业人员数量明显降低、煤炭生产效率显著提升。Taking 8503 fully mechanized caving face as the research object, the fully mechanized caving equipment and intelligent mining technology of the mining face are discussed in detail. The intelligent mining of thick coal seam can be realized by memory cutting of shearer and automatic coal caving of fully mechanized caving support, and the cooperative control of mining of fully mechanized caving equipment can be realized by the operation of hydraulic support root machine. The control ability of surrounding rock can be improved by using coal wall cover prevention technology and support attitude control. After adopting intelligent mining technology in 8503 fully mechanized caving,the number of field workers is obviously reduced and the coal production efficiency is improved significantly.
