摘 要:针对多级带式输送机运输系统过程中,煤层不同导致采煤量会发生变化进而导致输送机上的采煤量也变化的问题,通过分析运煤量影响速度,其变化量复杂且是非线性,对于非线性系统,无法使用常规建模方式。根据实际煤矿输送机工作状况采用非线性控制算法中的模糊算法控控制对多级带式输送机运输系统进行智能调速,并且能够保持稳定调速,提高了井下输送机工作效率,实现了输送系统的智能化控制。Aiming at the lack of intelligent control application and low transportation efficiency of underground belt conveyor, a fuzzy PID intelligent control system with programmable logic controller(PLC) as the main core logic control element is designed. The hardware composition of PLC system, the basic principle of fuzzy algorithm and the implementation of fuzzy algorithm rules for conventional PID rule optimization are analyzed in detail. By applying the system to the conveyor and comparing the speed regulation with the MATLAB tools, it is verified that the design system has good efficiency and can realize the intelligent adjustment of belt speed according to different loads. The transmission efficiency of conveyor is improved.
