摘　　要：为了更好地控制掘进机,分析了掘进机的主要控制要求,使用PLC制定了掘进机控制系统的总体控制方案,并分析了PLC控制系统的软硬件部分,特别是掘进机的详细信息分析了人机交互控制程序和刀头驱动程序。该分析有助于进一步了解全脸掘进机的控制系统,从而更好地推广该系统的应用。In order to better control the roadheader,the main control requirements of the roadheader are analyzed,the overall control scheme of the roadheader control system is formulated by using PLC,and the software and hardware parts of the PLC control system are analyzed.In particular,the detailed information of roadheader is analyzed.This analysis is helpful to further understand the control system of the whole face roadheader,so as to better popularize the application of the system.
