摘　　要：针对当前机械装配装置可靠性低、安全性差以及装配效率低、精度低的问题,在对机械装配装置结构及原理简单概述的基础上,着重对其电气系统和控制系统进行优化改进;同时,对改进后的电气控制系统的参数及精度进行重新设定和调整,为从根本上提升机械装配装置的可靠性、安全性、装配效率和装配精度奠定了扎实的理论基础。In view of the problems of low reliability, poor safety, low assembly efficiency and low precision of the current mechanical assembly device, on the basis of a brief overview of the structure and principle of the mechanical assembly device, the optimization and improvement of its electrical system and control system are emphasized.At the same time, the parameters and accuracy of the improved electrical control system are reset and adjusted, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for fundamentally improving the reliability, safety, assembly efficiency and assembly accuracy of the mechanical assembly device.
