摘　　要：传统手工艺是非遗经济的主要支撑,也是受非物质文化遗产保护的对象。本质上,非遗经济为非物质文化遗产的经济表现。非物质文化遗产保护为非遗经济的复兴提供了现实基础。非遗经济是提升文化自信,传承优秀传统文化的重要载体;符合经济发展的趋势,是现代制造业的有益补充;有利于新型城镇化建设,促进社会和谐稳定。推进非遗经济发展是一个关乎文化、经济和社会的重大命题。我国非遗经济的发展资源丰富,行业覆盖类型广;逐步受到国家各层面产业政策的关注;但仍然面临创新不足以及过度商业化等现实问题。为此,应认真贯彻落实国家《非物质文化遗产保护法》内容及精神,制定非遗经济发展规划和扶持政策,鼓励农民工返乡创新创业,推动非遗类特色小镇发展,塑造良好非遗经济生态等。Historical classic industry is the modern form of traditional handicraft industry,and the craftsmanship behind it is protected by the intangible cultural heritage.In essence,the historical classic industry is the economic performance of the intangible cultural heritage.The theory of intangible cultural heritage provides academic support for the historical classic industry.Historical classic industry is an important carrier for promoting cultural self-confidence and inheriting excellent traditional culture,conforms to the trend of economic development,is a useful supplement to modern manufacturing industry.It is beneficial to the construction of new-type urbanization and the promotion of social harmony and stability.Promoting the development of intangible heritage economy and historical classic industry is a major issue related to culture,economy and society.China's historical classic industry is rich in development resources,industry coverage is wide;is gradually supported by the national industrial policy at all levels of concern;but the development is still faced with the lack of innovation and excessive commercialization and other practical problems.Therefore,we should formulate special plans for industrial development,conscientiously implement the content and spirit of the State Law on the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage,formulate industrial support policies,and encourage migrant workers to return to their hometowns to innovate and start businesses.We should promote the development of small towns with historical classic industrial characteristics,and shape a good ecology of intangible heritage economy.
