摘　　要：信息不对称是造成中小企业融资约束的主要障碍,信息技术(IT)的发展有助于降低信息不对称程度,实现信息共享。以IT为基础的网络融资成为解决中小企业融资困境的可行途径,IT对网络融资产生作用的内在机理是一个值得研究的问题。通过系统梳理已有研究,将IT能力分为IT灵活性和IT整合性两个维度,构建了IT能力、信息共享与中小企业网络融资的概念模型。在此基础上,通过大样本调研检验假设。结果表明,IT灵活性和IT整合性对中小企业网络融资存在显著正向影响,信息共享在中小企业IT能力与网络融资之间具有中介作用。通过提升IT水平实现信息共享是发挥网络融资效能的有效途径。Information asymmetry is the main obstacle to the financing constraints of small and medium-sized enterprises. The development of information technology(IT) helps to reduce the degree of asymmetric information and realize information sharing. IT based on network financing has become a feasible way to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs, and the internal mechanism of IT’s impact on network financing is a question worthy of study. Through the systematic carding of existing research, the IT capability is divided into two dimensions of IT flexibility and IT integration, and the conceptual model of IT capability, information sharing and SME network financing is constructed. On this basis, the hypothesis is tested by large sample investigation. The results show that IT flexibility and IT integration have significant positive impact on SMEs’ network financing, while information sharing plays an intermediary role between SMEs’ IT capability and network financing. By improving the level of IT and expanding the level of information sharing, it is an effective way to exert the efficiency of network financing.
