摘　　要：目前韶关市产业转型和城市转型的步伐不断加速,传统产业优化升级效果明显,新兴支柱产业逐步发展壮大。韶关市产业转型升级会深刻影响人才需求,尤其是新兴产业的加速发展会不断催生出新职业岗位,这将加大技术综合化和高技术含量的高素质应用型人才的需求,人才技术结构、知识结构和学历结构的需求也会发生重大变化。At present,the pace of industrial transformation and urban transformation in Shaoguan is accelerating,the optimization and upgrading effect of traditional industries is obvious,and the emerging pillar industries are gradually developing and growing.The industrial transformation and upgrading in Shaoguan will have a profound impact on the demand for talents,especially the accelerating development of emerging industries will constantly give birth to new job positions,which will increase the demand for high-quality applied talents with comprehensive technology and high technology content,and the demand for talent technical structure,knowledge structure and educational background structure will also undergo significant changes.
