摘  要:针对客货共线铁路长大隧道内弹性支承块式无砟轨道结构在运营后出现支承块开裂、道床高程控制不到位等病害的问题,通过现场调研,分析了弹性支承块式无砟轨道的病害原因,明确了支承块橡胶套靴帽檐与道床表面的位置关系,并给出了相应的整治措施。建议严格控制道床表面高程,确保其低于橡胶套靴帽檐底部2 mm;道床板混凝土不得与支承块固结,以免对支承块受力产生不利影响;当整体道床高于设计高程且落道量在50 mm以内时,推荐采用支承块下沉+轨排架过渡的整治方案;在能够保证支承块强度及扣件抗拔力满足设计要求情况下,可以使用异形支承块方案。整体道床施工过程中应严格控制轨面高程。In view of the defects of elastic bearing block ballastless track structure in long tunnels of mixed passenger and freight railway after operation,such as bearing block cracking and inadequate ballast bed elevation control,this paper analyzed the causes of elastic bearing block ballastless track defects through on-site investigation,clarified the position relationship between rubber boot brim of bearing block and ballast bed surface,and put forward corresponding treatment measures.It is suggested that the surface of ballast bed should be 2 mm lower than the bottom of rubber boot brim strictly.The concrete of ballast bed slab shall not be consolidated with bearing block to avoid adverse effect on bearing block.When the integrated bed is higher than the design elevation and the track fall is less than 50 mm,it is recommended to adopt the regulation scheme of bearing block sinking+rail bent transition.Under the condition that the strength of the bearing block and the pull-out force of the fastener can meet the design requirements,the special shaped bearing block scheme can be used.The elevation of track surface should be strictly controlled during the integrated bed construction.
