摘 要:诞生于20世纪下半叶的文化诗学理论着眼于文学作品的诗性探究。贾平凹的小说《带灯》表现出鲜明的地域语言诗性特征,尤其是主人公带灯写给其爱人元天亮的信件更是具有突出的诗性特征。这些信件形成诸多对自然景物描写的审美意象,表达了主人公内心深厚的自然之爱,呈现出生态美和意境美的特征。罗鹏(Carlos Rojas)的英译保留了原作语言的诗情画意,对于诗性的研究具有很高的文学价值,还原了生态和谐、自然和美等该小说所呈现出的生态诗性美的基本特征。Originating in the latter half of the 20th century,cultural poetics focuses on the study of poetic reproduction of literary works.Jia Pingwa’s novel The Lantern Bearer shows distinct poetic characteristics of regional language,especially in the protagonists’love letters between Daideng and her lover Yuan Tianliang.Jia Pingwa’s description of natural objects in these letters forms a multitude of aesthetic images,expresses Daideng’s deep love of nature,and presents both ecological beauty and artistic conception beauty.American translator Carlos Rojas adequately retains the poetic and picturesque flavor of the original language in the process of translation.Thus,the letters between the protagonists are of great literary value to the study of poetics.Based on the two aspects of ecological beauty and artistic conception beauty,the present paper takes the letters between the protagonists as the research object to explore the reproduction of the poetic beauty of language in the English translation of the novel.
